Yes, you can legally purchase cannabis from Torches NYC! As a licensed recreational dispensary in New York City, we welcome all customers aged 21 and over to explore our selection of cannabis products without needing a medical card.
You do not need a medical card to purchase cannabis at our dispensary in Midtown. We are a licensed recreational NYC dispensary; simply come in and shop.
Our customers must be 21 years or older in order to shop at our store and order for delivery.
Our 42nd Street dispensary accepts returns and/or exchanges of defective or unopened products on a case-by-case basis.
All of the products at Torches NYC undergo rigorous testing from NY state-certified laboratories. Please refer to each product’s lab results for more information.
New York State regulations require specific information to appear on cannabis labels and packaging. These guidelines include cannabinoid content, which means the amount of THC and CBD in each product. This information is found on the front-facing panel of the product. Please review all product labels carefully before consuming. Speak to one of our budtenders for expert advice.
Torches NYC accepts the following forms of payment: cash, debit card, and Dutchie Pay. We also have an ATM on site.
You can place an online delivery order at our 42nd St Dispensary on our website. Simply find the product you want and click “order delivery.” Our delivery zone is restricted to Manhattan only at this time.
