To sign up for Torches Rewards, simply use the sign-up form above on this page. You can also head to the member login page to create or access your account. Once you’ve successfully made your account, any dollar you spend pre-tax will turn into points you can redeem online or in-store. It’s that simple!
By providing Torches NYC with your real phone number, you’re confirming your real identity. This is how we can authenticate that the points you’re accruing are going to you, not someone else. New accounts that are made with email-only will not accrue points the same as accounts with registered phone numbers.
All points that you accrue pre-tax from purchasing cannabis products at Torches NYC will show up in your account within 24 hours of your purchase. Check your account by logging in here. As soon as they’re visible in your account, you can use them on your next purchase!
Points can be redeemed in-store at checkout with the team member assisting you. You can also add redeemable items to an online order for pick up and delivery once you’re logged in and at checkout. Please keep in mind that your points will cover the cost of the item, but you will be responsible for paying the tax.
In order to keep things interesting and also give different brands the opportunity to shine, several of the Reward Tier items for Torches NYC will rotate. This means that if you’re redeeming a promotional item from us for the equivalent point value, you may get something different every time. Wouldn’t it be boring if you could only redeem the same bag of gummies for 300 points?
You can easily access your web wallet to track your points, explore rewards, review your order history, refer friends, and more. Refer to the bottom of any emails you receive from Torches NYC to see your current point balance. We always display it at the bottom of the content before the footer. Alternatively, you can ask the budtender assisting you at checkout for an update on your points.
All of the points you accrue at Torches NYC are purchase-protected. This means your points will expire exactly 365 days from the time of your last purchase.
